Alcohol and Neuroimaging Study

The goal of this 6-week study is to investigate whether a common antibiotic (minocycline) can help reduce brain inflammation and improve brain function in adults who regularly consume alcohol. Please note: this is not a treatment study.

Alcohol and Trauma Study

Have you experienced a life-threatening trauma in your lifetime? Do you drink alcohol? We are looking for people ages 18-65 with African American ancestry to particpiate in a study session to help us investigate the relationship between trauma and heavy alcohol use. Participants will complete a blood draw and questionnaires about mental and physical health. Please note: this is not a treatment study.
